Thank you all!

InkDoll, we got this!

All the very Best, i had surgery on monday & leak test today -- one word - GAS & Acid reflux -- Walk as soon as you can & as much as you can & u should be good

I figured walking would be my best friend. I don't know how much is too much but I can take 4 miles on a track pretty well as of now?

You'll do great! Remember to walk early and often. That gets rid of the gas which truthfully is the worst of it! Everyone is different and we all handle things differently - keep a positive attitude and you'll be fine. Welcome to the sleeved life - it's fantastic!

4miles on track is good - you wont be able to do that much immediately after surgery -- yet, walk as much as you can. do a couple of rounds in the hall, rest & walk again.

Good Luck to you gals! InkDoll I remember you... we were in the same options class. Good Luck to you. You will do great!

As Borat would say, "great success! "

Your new life is about to begin I was sleeved on 01/21/2013 so I am only a few days out, it is the best thing I could have done, remember to get all of your fluids in!! that is the most important thing
