I'm thinking about having a Glow Peel done the day after Surgery. Has anyone considered that or done that?

I think I would wait a bit longer and see how you are feeling. I think the first day after surgery is a tough day and I just can't imagine wanting to have any procedure done.

I don't think you will be up to it. I would not have been. The next day is when you feel the gas. Just take it easy.

I'm scheduled for a peel, but several days after surgery. Agree that the next day is a bit aggressive.

Yea when I asked about the peel they said it could be the following day. I'm going to see if I can do B4 the surgery or 2 days after. I'll be there from Mon-Thurs

How are arranging to leave the hospital for the peel? Must be in the same place? They wouldn't let me leave, but I would have the next morning because I felt so wonderful. As soon as my leak test was done I was out and running around.. Shopping and a little Botox and sightseeing nonstop until we flew home. Everyone is different so make sure you can cancel without difficulties if you're not up to it

Peel is typically a chemical peel.

There's an associated plastics surgery center tied to my Dr's facility (run by same group too). So, I'm scheduled to have that done on one of the days where I'll be returned for the daily check-ups.

I've surgery on Monday and the peel on Wednesday. I wanted it on Thursday though. I don't leave until Saturday (band-sleeve conversion so they keep a bit longer).

It's in the same center. I'll be there for 2 days and the 3rd night I go to the hotel before flying home the 4th day.

I'm more nervous about having the peel bcuz I've never had one and u don't want any damage to my face but I've read that they do wonders for the complexion.
