Greek yogurt-dumping syndrome

Hey y'all, have any of you had a problem with the Chobani Black Cherry 0% fat Greek yogurt giving you the dumping syndrome? I usually eat the 0% Fage Greek yogurts and have no problem. But tonight had the Chobani and was rushing to the loo soon thereafter. :-/

You look great!!

I have not tried cherry cause I'm not a ferry fan' date=' but I did have issues the first couple of times I ate chobani tight after surgery. I am 4 weeks out now and seem to do okay with it.[/quote']

Thanks alley gator!! Maybe I'll try a different flavor tomorrow. Or maybe I just ate it while stressed and ate too fast.

It's so hard to know what it was! I almost get scared to get new foods unless I am at home for a period of time after.

I've spent hrs trying to find a greek yogurt that has less than 8gm of sugar. Everyone has been talking about eating greek yogurt but until today I've only found one. My nut. Warned me about anything higher than six gm making me sick so I have stayed away. So glad I found one though!

Happens to me too, 2 years out in march, very sensitive tummy,

I live on the Greek yogurt, I use plain in just about everything to boost protein intake.

Milk lately has been kickin' my tush too..

Still Not sure most days, what to make of this ride I'm on...

Do check Greek yogurt for sugars. I eat plain Fage 0% flavored with protein powder a couple times per week. It's high protein, 0 fat, lowish in carbs (better than milk anyway), no added sweetener (just the lactose sugars that the live cultures eat, converting them to lactic acid giving it that tangy taste). I will not (at this point) be eating any of the flavors from any yogurt.
