I have not had any protein bars yet post op, but pre sleeve I was a big fan of the Thin protein bars and the Premier protein bars. Both are yummy, low sugar and high protein. I also liked the cliff bars, but they had a little too much sugar for me except if I was taking on a hard hike. Good luck in finding a bar that you like and is sleeve friendly.

I have the 3 flavor set from sams club. at about a month out i was using them as the main source of protein until i was able to tolerate protein shakes. I still have one every now and then.

I see them n get them and hope for da best .......ima eat all of them hopefully

Yes they are only at GNC and they are very hard unless you put them in the microwave, just take the wrapper off before you put them in the microwave or you will get an amazing light show! I have even put them on my car dash in the summer or on my defrost vent in the winter to warm them up when your on the road.

Lol.......they are pretty good though for a Protein bar. Real cookie dough is much tastier though.
