I had to add chicken broth to thin it out.

almost sounds like white chili. that's made with canned chicken and the kids love it but its made with northern Beans instead of kidney beans. i\the recipe is on the back of the mccormick seasoning pack for white chili and i add diced tomatoes to mine. yummy! add fat free sour cream and fat free cheddar cheese to the top. :)

I'm not sure how many ounces it is but it's about twice the size of a can of tuna. I usually just but the cheapest no certain brand. I only use one can but you can put as much in as you want. I read that someone did cook it on the stove with good results.

No prob! Anytime. That's what we're here for! Most of my recipes are just things I've thrown together and hoped it turned out. I'll list a few of my favs and you can see if you like them. Congrats on your sleeve. I was sleeved 10/16/12 and down 68 lbs. the first 6 weeks were hell, but once I got through that I am doing very well. Anyway, here's a few of my fav recipes for full/soft foods:

Canned chicken breast chicken marinated in Italian dressing. (Best after few hours in fridge)

Egg salad with dill seasoning

Cream cheese on saltines

Canned chicken breast chicken with pesto, goat cheese, and sundried tomatoes (I put 3 canned chicken undrained in crockpot with pesto, for few hours then top with goat cheese and sundried tomatoes (I use Classico Sundried Tomato Pesto and Knorr Creamy Pesto Sauce)

I make tortilla Soup with a store bought rotisserie chicken, taco seasoning, black Beans, chili powder, can of rotel, 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, one soup can filled with Water.

It all sounds great! Thanks for sharing. I put cream cheese on saltines too and sprinkle Sunny Paris seasoning on it. You can find this seasoning at Penzy Spices and it's great on everything.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
