Height, Weight, And Size Poll

Where do you stand?

No matter where you are on your journey, could you share some body stats? If not your current stats, then where you started?

I sometimes see people becoming discouraged if someone is losing faster, or someone who weighs the same as they do can wear a smaller size.

I think it will help to see that everyone is DIFFERENT, we all carry our weight differently, and height makes a difference. Muscle mass and gender make a HUGE difference.

Feel free to update as your size changes.

I'm 4'11- I'm kidding myself if I say 5'.....

HIghest weight was at my pre-op consult about 3 weeks before surgery (I had a few food funerals what can I say) was 248. Wearing a pretty tight sz. 20- I have one pair of 22 pants and an xxl (old navy) or 1x top if it was stretchy- if not- there's no telling. I'm a 40G.

One week post op- Down 24lbs from my consult weight (that's how my dr tracks it). Still wearing the same clothes however they look much better!

My goal is 135-140. That should put me roughly a 6/8. I'm definitely hourglass (even when obese) and even when smaller I have huge hips and previously have always been really busty. I'm hoping i get to keep at least a little of the girls!

I am currently 3 months out and now weigh 175 and wearing a jr. med or jr. large in shirts and I don't kno about pants yet becuz I haven't bought any as of yet. I've been wearing leggings so they will adjust as I lose more weight. My goal is 140

Surgery Date 12/10/2012

Hi everyone! I am 5'9, I started out at 480 lbs, I wore a 44 in jeans and 6x tops. Some tops I had were 30/32 and fit me like a tight piece of rubber...and right before surgery on 9/27/2012 all of my 44 and 42 jeans were getting to the point where I couldn't zip them. Now I am 8 weeks and I honestly don't know what size I wear. I can say that all of my clothes are almost falling off of me and the 44 and 42 jeans I can't wear anymore because I can pull them on and off with them zipped and buttoned my 30/32 tops are getting looser as well, I am currently 414 :) my goal is to be 150, but for now I'm just aiming for under 200 lbs because I want a son, and did NOT want to endure another pregnancy in the 400's.

I forgot I did try on a 4x skirt in my closet and it FIT, so now I think I wear a 4x, I can't wait to go shopping, but I'm going to give it a little while longer, maybe when I get into the 300s :)

I'm 5’2"

Recently sleeved folks: It is not a magic cure for all your bad habits' date=' your weight loss will stall, you will lose some hair, and you may get some loose skin. Just keep breathing and hit the restart button if you need to. This isn't a diet, it is a total overhaul of your relationship with food.
