More Calories More Weight Loss?

Anybody else eating more and losing more? Once I broke the 1,000 a day the weight started to come off. I was nervous at first because I thought I was going to plateau but I knew -and my hair loss knew-that I needed more protein. Is this common with anyone else?

I eat between 1,000 and 1,200 calories a day get in all my protein and vitamins and exercise. I am five months out and still lose about 2 lbs a week and my only stalls up to this point have only been during weeks when TOM was here.

Every time I have a stall, I up my calories and it breaks. I believe your body become adjusted to what ever your doing, and just needs a little shake up every now and then...
