Easier said than done, i know, I've had those moments of feeling nervous and scared but I know this is the tool that we can use to be successful and healthy for the rest of our lives!!! I'm getting sleeved in Phoenix, AZ. Thank you for the prayers, I need them! I really struggled with the liquid diet this weekend....cheated but only with allowing myself a few bites of lean protein, so I figure it wasn't too bad as long as I keep my body in the ketosis fat-burning state it's in. Kudos to you for keeping on your liquid diet! Have u experienced any....um....bathroom problems? I feel like I'm going every 30 mins if I don't incorporate a little lean protein every 3-4 days or so.... I agree with the hungry feeling! It will be great to feel satisfied or full after a shake or protein....what exactly is making you the most nervous?

MY school system gets out on the 19th. I am having my surgery at the Atlanta Aesthetic Surgery Center.
