Pms? I Could Eat An Entire Store Today!

Ok, not really but I just find myself wanting to eat all day. I know I can' t fit it in even if I wanted to and not sure why today. Must be PMS but my cycle is messed up since surgery. Perhaps I need to keep myself busy. Ahhhhhh....

So far I have been so good. Sleeved in August now panic that I am reverting back to bad brain habbits. Need to exercise. Just remind myself how good compliments feel.

Speaking of bad habits, I woke up at 10:30 last night and went straight to the refrigerator. Luckily, I don't have bad stuff in the house right now, otherwise it could've been bad. I grabbed 2 pieces of Gouda cheese this time. I only do this type of stuff when I'm overly stressed. I go from working a night job on weekends, back to a day job on Monday morning, so Sunday is my only day off. Waking up in the middle of the night and raiding the refrigerator, while still half asleep is something I have battled for years. It's scary.
