Words Of Wisdom On Optifast

Started my 30 day liquids before surgery any words of wisdom/help on optifast. So far I'm hungry :-( but I'm not letting it get the best of me.

    words of "wisdom" concerning your Optifast - be strong - drink the liquids as doc says, you'll be on your way to a healthier, happier you with the sleeve

    KaylaBabb, Good luck on your liquid diet. I am on day four of a "clear" liquid diet. I only have to do 7 days but no shakes or anything that is not clear. I just can't imagine 30 days of liquid before the surgery. My friend had to do 6 weeks liquid. Ohh I love my Dr. lol

    We will make it girl.... my surgery is next week. When is yours?

    Proudgrammy...yes ma'am you read right 30 days. Although i am allowed 4oz of lean Protein meat a day. It wasn't as hard as i thought. I didn't cheat!! :)

    jillb....i bet you do love your doctor! lol My surgery is Nov 13th. Best wishes to a quick & great recovery & joining the losers bench!! Hopefully i'll be there with ya soon
