  5. Thanks ya'll. I haven't tried still in that stage of scared of food. I usually eat cheese, wheat cracker, deli turkey, chicken all ways but fried, green Beans, zucchini. Simple stuff I don't venture too far since my sleeve refused shrimp and got sick. Kayla
  6. Just curious to see how everyone responds to popcorn...bread...cereal. When you ate it? How long you waited How it felt after eating... Haven't tried them yet. I'm 2 months out. With bread include wraps. Basically anything will help. Look forward to getting hearing the replies. Kayla
  7. I spoke to my doc and was told it was the stitches pulling that they are really tight. And that going thru the muscles they are mending back and so are the nerves. So you're going to feel it. But to keep moving but stay clear of lifting. Can use pain meds if you still have and to use heat and cold off and on. Pains will be there for a while but if it gets worse to let them know. And keep watch of fever chills vomit and bowel movements. Those are a must call them. Kayla
  8. I'm going to give it a few more days. To see if it continues. It's not as bad as last night. Thanks for all the comments Kayla

  10. I've had the pinch type pull with the internal stitches. This was different like I stabbing sharp radiating pain. It's at and around my largest incision where stomach was removed. I'm assuming it's muscles healing. It's just they get so tense for the first time. All I did was stand up. Any suggestions or comments. Something to help. Oh I was sleeved November 13th. So a little over a month out. But any comments will be greatly appreciated

  13. I've had the same problem I was sleeved November 13th today is my first day without that issue. My surgeon suggested I start fiber chews which I did Monday two a day, to help firm things up and slow that issue down. I'm guessing it worked. Happiest I've been in a few days it was rough not being able to be Too far from a bathroom.

  16. I wish my goal was only 25grams of protein. My nut wants me between 70-80grams with 60oz of fluid. I find it hard to get all that in. I'm getting about 50grams and fluid in max.

  18. I was sleeved November 13th and i feel the exact same way. I actually just ate a spoon full of mash potatoes and was done. Cared nothing for them. I'm not getting in all my protein either.
  19. I wish I knew. All I'm doing is my protein shots and water. Have had no broths. Still on liquids. I find I drink milk to get more protein in and it settles my stomach where I can at least sleep without jumping up and down. Hopefully will find out Monday. This is driving me nuts and I don't want to get dehydrated.
  20. Sleeved November 11th having issue of can't stop going. I know they say liquid in liquid out. But why are most stopped up? I take the New Whey shots per doctors orders. Some advice would help. Been this way for 3 days now. Doc office closed til Monday and I have appointment to go in anyways. Just thought I'd throw that out see what kinda replies I get. Thanks
  21. I was sleeved on November 11th and having the opposite problem I can't quit going. I'm not taking any fiber nothing. Any advice on that? Really like to chill it out for a little while
