I had my first bm at 10 days. At 9 weeks I've only had 4 bms.

It will ease up once you start eating more solid foods. If you are allowed thinned cream of wheat and/or grits that will help to "firm things up."

Also, alot of those Protein shakes are TERRIBLE! I have found one I LOVE though. Premier Protein (available at Sam's Club or Costco)

Comes in chocolate, vanilla and strawberry - very tasty! They are nutritional excellent (11 ozs, 160 calories, 30g protein, 5g of carbs, 1g sugar)

They are $18.88 for a 12 pack box. Give those a whirl, they will make a world of difference for you.

Take care!

I've had the same problem I was sleeved November 13th today is my first day without that issue. My surgeon suggested I start fiber chews which I did Monday two a day, to help firm things up and slow that issue down. I'm guessing it worked. Happiest I've been in a few days it was rough not being able to be Too far from a bathroom.

I just started using the gladiator protein from smoothie king. Yum!!! 45 grams of protein in each scoop. Just add Water and fruit. It is a little pricy @ $45 for a container that makes 20 servings but it stays with me all day. I add blueberries and strawberries and it is 180 cal.
