  1. I have been to sheetz and I get the hard boiled eggs. There are 2 in a pack but I can only eat one and the other later.
  2. It took me a while to be able to drink water other than small sips. I am 4 years out and I still can only eat a very small amount. 2 chicken wings tops. I do much better with liquid. Make sure to get your vitamins. I just got bariatric vitamin patches. Today is the first day I have tried it. Good luck and try not to stress. I know it's hard because I still have anxiety around food.
  3. I have been told that restaurants legally have to oblige your card
  4. No one has ever given me a problem but my husband and I share a lot. Sorry you have had to deal with that. Don't give up you just had a shitty waitress
  5. I am also 4 years out but I have the opposite problem. I hate eating. I keep a bottle of water with me at all times. You may change after the surgery. I stress ate all the time before surgery.
  6. I am 4 years out and looking for suggestions on a good liquid vitamin supplement.
  7. I am4years out and still can't drink 64 oz. I just carry water with me at all times. And I hate eating. That was always my vice but now I go days without eating. Lean shakes from GNC are good. I have to mix half with milk because I don't like sweets. It will take some time to adjust.
  8. I lost 100 lbs but can't lose any more. It has been almost 4 years but I hate eating. I have to take anxiety meds to eat. The bad thing is I drink more than I should. I hate being like this[emoji29]
  9. Over 3 years out and 2 pieces fills me up. I just get egg drop soup and eat a piece or two off my friends plate. I do like the tuna but still just a couple of bites.
  10. I had the sleeve done over 3 years ago. I lost 98 lbs. with several stalls. I still can't eat more than 2-3 chicken wings. I have not gained anything back but could stand to loose about 40 lbs. I was a size 22-24 and now a 14. Don't get discouraged.
  11. It just makes me sick I guess because I remember getting sick early on if I took one bite too many. I can still only eat about 4-5 oz at a time. I do take anxiety meds but I was wondering if anyone else has this kind of struggle. I hate eating.
  12. It has been over 3 years since I had my sleeve. I lost 98 lbs. I have been stuck for 2 years. I could stand to loose about 40 lbs. I mostly like fruit broth and seeing anyone with a lot of food on their plate makes me ill and I end up having an anxiety attack.
  13. I had my sleeve done almost 4 years ago. I lost 98 lbs. Know I only like liquid or soft food like cottage cheese. I could stand to loose more but I fluctuate 3-5 lbs. I hate seeing people eat especially if it is a large portion. I end up having an anxiety attack. Anyone else have these issues?
  14. Any advise? I will be a yr out 8/23. Down 84 lbs. I was size 22 and am now in a 14. I have been stalled for 2 months.
  15. I will probably start tracking again when I hit goal or if I stall. My problem is I need to make sure I eat enough.
  16. Think I will get one too. I never thought about it till my friend showed me hers today.
  17. Well my friend had a bypass and they gave her one to warn about NG tube.
  18. Does anyone know if we need one with the sleeve?
  19. I quit tracking. I am almost 9 months out and if I take one bite too much I will throw up. I am still losing. Slower now but average 10 lbs a month. Tracking made me obsessive over food.
  20. Well just look at calories and protein. That is what I do. My big issue is alcohol and it helps keep me in check.
  21. Also my fitness pal app on my phone is great.
