Mac N Cheese
I wonder if you could do something like cauliflower with plain greek yogurt ( for protein) and a good low fat cheese that may taste similar. It will taste more like mashed potatoes with cheese but better for you. Just a thought.

Fever Post Op
My fever is gone. My chest is sore from the congestion and coughing. I am sipping on warm liquids. It is helping my airway. I have asthma as well and this has always helped. My follow up was tomorrow but canceled due to the hurricane. I will try to get in as soon as I can after the dust settles. Thank you for checking on me.

Fever Post Op
Was sleeved the 23rd. I have been coughing up alot of stuff since ingot home Friday. The doctor put me on an antibiotic today but I am still a little worried. My temp is 99.5. This coupled with the fact I have a hurricane heading right at me is stressing me out. Anyone else have respiratory iss use after surgery?

Post Op Day 2
Well I was just kicking a cold last week and now it seems like I may have relapsed. Watching for a fever. My son just went to get me a thermometer. Thank you for telling me about the possibility of pain meds causing it.

Post Op Day 2
I was sleeved on the 23rd. I do feel sore when the loritab wears off. I have been taking it every 4 hours. I may need a refill. I have no appetite so broth and crystal light are working great. I am a little concerned that i am coughing up some junk. Hope things continue to get better.

Omg Surgery Is Tomorrow...im So Nervous!
I am scheduled at 11:30 am tomorrow as well. I may be nervous tomorrow but now just hungry. Been on clear liquids since midnight last night and nothing after midnight tonight. Been sucking on a piece of rhubarb with a little salt. I know the salt is bad but it satisfies the hunger.

Is Keeping The Secret Possible?
That is so sad to hear. I am a member of management and I love my employees like my family. I have shared every step with them. They are so supportive and some are dieting with me. I go sign my consent forms tomorrow and get my date. Hopefully in the next 2-3 weeks. I don't know why some people have to look down on others. I shared my decision in hopes of helping someone else and because I am so excited about getting me back. If anyone turns their nose up at you then feel sorry for them because they are insecure in their own way or just have lack of character. Good luck to you all. Love yourself!

Camping After Surgery
I am scheduled for Aug 20 and plannining a camping trip in an RV the 31st. No hiking bringing a golf cart. I think I will be okay. I am in the south but the RV has a great air conditioner. I don't think I would tent camp that soon. You will know what you can handle better after surgery. Be careful and good luck.

My Non Scale Victory! Yay!
Thank you for your response that really eases my mind. I have saved for new breasts and a tummy tuck if need be but I really don't want to do a tummy tuck. That looks painful.

Nealry A Year Already!
Anyone having big issues with loose skin? I am planning on getting sleeved by beginning of August. I need to loose around 120-135 lbs. and am worried about alot of loose skin. I am big up top and bottom so hoping that will help but the arms and stomach skin are my biggest concern. Anyone got any advice?
