Whats For Lunch?

I am currently 7 weeks post open and down almost 30lbs. I think I should be down more..the scale just hasn't moved in the last 3 weeks. Any advice on what I should be eating and sizes would help A LOT.

For me...when I came home from the hospital, I was 16 lbs down. I just assumed it was from them taking out most of my stomach.

They didn't forget. You'll get to loosing real soon. Especially when the swelling goes down.

I have been camping for the last six days with no scale but i dropped 20 lbs before i left. Going home tomorrow and can't wait to see what the scale says : )

We all lose at different paces. You've had your stomach removed, contrary to your fears. You have to lose!

Breath, drink fluids, and wait. It will happen!
