  1. I started a local boot camp yesterday. Oh boy am I sore! I've been in a stall for two to three weeks! Something had to give. In feeling really good. I'm currently down 63 pounds...sleeved on July 11th.
  2. Day of surgery I weighed in at 255 and now at 220! Just realized that's 35 lbs! started this whole process at 269 lbs so...49lbs TOTAL. Sleeved July 11th. Feel great!
  3. They didn't forget. You'll get to loosing real soon. Especially when the swelling goes down.
  4. For me...when I came home from the hospital, I was 16 lbs down. I just assumed it was from them taking out most of my stomach.
  5. I am currently 7 weeks post open and down almost 30lbs. I think I should be down more..the scale just hasn't moved in the last 3 weeks. Any advice on what I should be eating and sizes would help A LOT.
  6. I'm two weeks tomorrow. getting ready to go see my surgeon today. I'm down 16 pounds since surgery. I've been pretty good on the stage two diet. can't wait to eat stone real Protein. the shakes go in one end and out the other. my biggest complaint its this ripping/burning pain in my lower abdomen. does anyone else have this feeling? It seems it mostly happens when I'm trying to move.
