I didn't realize how many carbs it has until I got it home. Did you have any issue with that?

Right now, now. I am 13 days post op. It's all the protein I'm getting along with the carbs. I can do only 2 shakes max a day right now. I've just started full liquids. Once I move to pureed, I will re-evaluate.

I use total lean for preop. I just had surgery so I hope I can continue. I like the pumpkin spice.

Has anyone tried Total Lean shake 25 from GNC?

This is a Meal Replacement, not a Protein shake. In order to meet your protein requirements with these you'll be consuming WAY too many carbs & calories.
