I've never had the best skin but it's definitely been worse since surgery. AND I found out yesterday the prescription acne wash I use was discontinued!!!

As the fat in your belly melts it releases a ton of estrogen = acne.

This explains why I am having so much acne. When does this stop?

So odd. I've had acne as long as I can remember and mine cleared up almost instantly after surgery.

I'll have to mention this to my dermatologist. I am already on prescription for acne & rosaeca (sp?), but my bariatric dr told me not to take it bc it makes me throw up without food. The Derm was weaning me off of them, but maybe I should stay on them!!

It will pass the first month I had cystic acne really bad, cluster of 15/20..the following month about 10 ,the 3Rd month maybe 3 this month knock on wood nothing

I read that apple cider vinegar is good for acne. They sell it in pill form at whole foods

Mine is doing this too. They are tiny little bumps and are all over the sides of my face, my neck, chest, and tops of my arms. I am freaking out bc I do not want to deal with this long term.
