30Cc Of Protein Drink....then Pain

Yes, I try to get my protein in everyday and I'm still struggling to get through an entire day without pain. I drank 15cc of Nectar Fuzzy Navel, and it went down fine. I followed it up with another 15cc about 10min later, and I've been in abdominal pain since. This was about 2hours ago. I'm afraid to drink anything now. I haven't gotten any more than maybe 20oz of protein on any given day before pain or stomach upset starts. I'm 7 days out today, I should be able to get this stuff down by now, well according to my NUT, I should. Anybody else having problems? What am I doing wrong?

Hi!

I am 4-days out and enjoying lots of gas pain and misery. I am finding that the only thing to remedy this is walking and trying to relax. My mini-meltdown yesterday caused all sorts of havoc on my tummy. My P.A. told me that sometimes the tummy pain is actually caused by hunger. Maybe you are just not getting enough nutrition and cant reach the happy spot because your body actually wants more?

Dont try to force it, though. Try something else. I am having great luck with the Isopure protein drinks. They are really mild.

Good luck to you. I know it is difficult, but you can do it!

You're right about me not getting enough nutrition, because I've started feeling hunger. I'm going to try some applesauce, someone suggested that in another thread. Thanks
