I've lost exactly the same amount of weight as you! My doc says that we had low bmi to begin with so it's normal to lose slowly ! Still it can be so frustrating !

Sleeved August 13.

Weight day of surgery: 312

Last weigh in (Oct 14): 281.5 so 30.5 lbs weight loss

Earring around 800-1000 calories per day. It varies with my exercise.

Working out regularly and feeling great! I finally kicked my soda habit. Something I thought I would never do.

I am still waiting for the energy boost too. I have not gotten it yet. I do feel better but I still wear out pretty quickly. I think it has to do with calorie consumption, mine is still very low so I have no energy most of the time.

5k, awesome! I want to run one of those one day. But I have some more weight to lose first.

Good luck Ai it! I know you'll feel like a million dollars when you cross that finish line!

I started slow and use the program C25k on my phone and that helps you walk some jog/run some. It decreases the walking and increases the running. Weekly.

I was sleeved on Aug 29th and have lost 46 lbs. I eat mostly chicken, tuna and Flounder. I snack on light Greek yogurt, reduced fat string cheese and low fat cottage cheese. I really don't have room to add fresh veggies and fruits or I will not meet my Protein goals. I also have an Atkins Protein Bar for Breakfast. I've started bike riding but it is getting to cold for that, boo- Hoo! I also work out on the elliptical 20 minutes 3 times a week and do weight training 3 times a week. I still struggle getting my Water in.

I was 287 when I was sleeved and I'm down to 241!

Sleeved 8/28

Highest weight 8/14 -282

Current weight -233

I have a lot of energy most days, but never every day. I haven't figured out a way to have consistent, sustained energy. I do a low carb diet (20-30 grams most days, but have gotten as high as 60-80 grams when I mess up:( . It's a journey, and I'm glad I did it.
