Anyone In The 170S Or 180S?

I'm 183 and I've been in the 180s for over 1 month and a half. How long did it take you to get into the170s? or how long have you been in the 180s? I don't know if my weight loss has just completely slowed down or if this is just a hard number to break!

Im at 158 for two weeks now. Gain one poind loose one pound... Im 6 weeks out from my surgery..

I was in the 180's for 4 months! I finally made it to the 170s and then 167! I bounce between 167-173.... yay! keep plugging along you will get there!!

feels like I Have been stuck on the 171-172 for 6 days of the 15 days post op...so frustrating!

wow so now I can have hope! How is your exercise like? I only do it about 3 days a week. Are you still losing?
