My Top Ten Complaints About The Sleeve

It's not perfect, but it's close....still, today on my Sunday Blog I've written about the top ten things that I haven't been happy about. Posting it for all of you pre-sleevers so you can see that they really are small things.....compared to the trade off!

Just click on my link below to see what they are.

#100 -YOU LOOK AWESOME...You look great, i looked at the before and after pic with your hubby....

Thank you- I followed your link. Thank you fir sharing yoyr wisdom. It was lovely to see your before and after pics and inspires me to think that it could/will be me someday. My operation is booked for 4th October.

I just read your blog...I am happy that I am able to tolerate rice and Pasta....I can have only a very little amount of it, but I can still taste it and it doesnt make me sick....I am hoping my weightloss continues so I could lose my excess weight by my 35th birthday next year....the goal is to be at the half way mark by december, and I'm close to it and I'm not 3 months out yet....

I have some complaints about my sleeve, but the by no means out weigh the positives....my knees still hurt sometimes 56 pounds lighter, I dont look at food the same way anymore, I'm more fascinated with the nutritional aspect of food now....not so much everything else.....and sweets do not over take my life, I can sit and talk with someone while they are enjoying a piece of cake, and not desire a piece for myself....now to me that is BIG!

But in the same time I NEVER tell myself I cant have it anymore, because I can....I can eat whatever I want, I just CHOOSE not to do it....there's a difference....when people ask me if I want any, I just say no thanks, and that's it....

Thank you for the Top Ten list, I am still pre-sleeve and it helps to get a real idea of what to expect. I LOVE the photos in your blog of Hawaii, I just ache to go back! My hubby and I went to the North Shore of Oahu for our 10th anniversary and I swore we would move there some day! Thanks, again, for sharing!
