Its pretty much anything you can shove in a blender/ use a hand blender on

Think homemade baby food.< /p>

I made Soups and thickly blended them by using less of the stock.

I did fruit purees my fave was peach pear and apple.

you do have to cook them down with some Water then blend them not just "raw" fruit

You can do like chicken stew/casserole and blitz it so yeah pretty much anything you like as long as its healthy of course and if you do fruit like I did its not your all day food choice I did that and still do for a fruit options add it to yogurt or Breakfast stuff it all depends.

To make the food wetter you just add Fluid like gravy, stock, milk, Protein Shake even.

I mainly stuck to thicker home made soups because I had a hard time with all meats so it was easier to just blend a chicken or turkey and veg Soup and that be my food.

i wanted to add a few more examples on whats lurking in my freezer lol

In my freezer I still have beef casserole which is mainly beef some mushrooms green Beans and carrots, home made sweet n sour chicken and stir fry veg though that when defrosted is a touch dry its like a falafel I needed more sauce when I did it.

There is even roast chicken dinner but potatoes hate me so that stayed in there like the roast had chicken veg gravy a potato (not a whoel massive oen a 1/4 roasted one) and some cranberry sauce all blended up.

Oh lasagne I added only some of the top layer of Pasta with the cheese and blended the meat and sauce with it.

So pretty much if people are cooking or you are cooking you pick out the parts you can eat put them together and just blend them up you can add little bits and bobs to make it taste better like I did with the roast just take it into consideration when if your calorie counting (which I don’t)

Once I could handle it, I had egg, chicken, or tuna salad... just put it in the food processor. refriend pinto or black Beans with a dollup of plain greek yogurt (is just like sour cream, only better for you), and some melted cheese. I had laughing cow cheese wedges, and made the famous ricotta bake you see others talking about in this sight. I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
