Hi I love this app. I just want to tell everyone thanks for posting your journey and sharing. I feal alone many times and come here to get inspired and answers of questions I have. I had my surgery in Mex May 16. Starting weight 256,I am down 40lbs and feel great. Some tell me I can stop now not to lose more /: and others say great job keep it up. I have had all sorts of emotions and pray I stay Stong in my new journey.

I know what you mean. I'm so glad I found this site as well. It's great to get so much input and advice from those whose are travelling with us and those who have already paved the road.
