So I got about three sips of protein drink down. And tried to eat a yogurt but only could eat a spoonfull in 20 mnts. Wow. This is going to be harder than I thought to get protein. Anyone else on this finding it hard?

It will get easier once the swelling goes down. I'm 16 days out and remember feeling stuffed all day long for the first several days.

I haven't had any trouble getting my shake or water down yet, and I had my surgery three days ago. This is a embarrassing but I'm feeling jealous that my husband gets to eat whatever he wants and I can only have shakes. Food commercials or other people eating also brings about resentment. On the way home from the hospital we passed a lot of the restaurants we used to spend so much time in and I felt homesick for them. I hope this stops soon because I went through a lot of pain to get where I'm at now.
