  1. Hi Sannah, you can also use the timer or stopwatch on your iPhone clock. I use it every day to keep track of the 30 minutes I need to wait after drinking Water before I can have my shake.
  2. I think the first big loss after the surgery is mostly water weight like with any diet. But instead of gaining the water weight back you will keep losing real weight. It is normal to go through this but just know you will be losing again soon.
  3. Yes, I have the same craving for tomatoes and cucumbers and I also crave fresh lettuce, red, yellow and orange bell peppers.
  4. I haven't had any trouble getting my shake or water down yet, and I had my surgery three days ago. This is a embarrassing but I'm feeling jealous that my husband gets to eat whatever he wants and I can only have shakes. Food commercials or other people eating also brings about resentment. On the way home from the hospital we passed a lot of the restaurants we used to spend so much time in and I felt homesick for them. I hope this stops soon because I went through a lot of pain to get where I'm at now.
  5. I lik Nature Best Isopure Strawberries and Cream protein shake. You mix it with 1 percent milk and it is so good.
