Gnc Shopping

I'm heading to GNC this morning, need to get some walking in so the mall is a great place to do that....anything i should look for while im there??? any cant live without items? what about recommendations for protein powder?

I know people really like it, but I'd stay away from whey Protein. If you have any lactose intolerance problems, it is the wrong choice for you. Trust me on this one. I've created some...toxic...situations with it. And unless you're seriously into building muscle, I'd choose vegetable-based Protein Powder instead of animal or dairy-based.

My NUT recommended that I take a probiotic for immune support.

Sample some isopure rtd flavors. They have 40g of protein a little like crystal light with more benefits. I like alpine punch. Some don't care for them but for pre op it's a savior!

I lik Nature Best Isopure Strawberries and Cream protein shake. You mix it with 1 percent milk and it is so good.

I mix that with one bag of carnation instant brakfast and I love it not been sleeved yet btw just testing things out ATM ;)
