I am 9 months out and eat it about once a week. I have to be careful with it though as it's a slider food.

Slider foods are those foods that you can eat larger quantities than normal post sleeve. For example: I can usually only eat about 3/4 C. of food at a time but with "slider foods" like popcorn (and chips), I can eat the whole bag!!!

When are we allowed potatoes and healthy carbs. - whole wheat pasta, etc. A baked potato sounds like heaven on earth!

What does your NUT say? On mushee you can have mashed potatoes. Most say don't eat pasta for 6 months.

Popcorn can be DANGEROUS. Big-time slider food . . . but the little 100 calorie bags are good portion control.

Popcorn is my enemy!! Lol I love it!! But it's such a slider food and I crave it! Smh stopped eating it and lost 4lbs smh
