sound perfect to me. I am allowed up to 5g of sugar in my protein drinks and carbs and callories sound about right unless you go with a lite version.

Oh good i was hoping so! i really enjoyed my first protein shake this morning... I mixed it with a two tablespoons of whit chocolate pudding mix and it was really good. I appreciate your feedback ;-) its hard when your overloaded with info and you seem to forget lil details. Thank you!
