I use Fitday to track Protein and calories! I'm 27 months out and still log my food and I weigh every day.

I used to use fitday and really liked it. The only reason I switched to My Fitness Pal was because of the Iphone App...being able to scan barcode labels instead of having to manually enter that food is a big time saver. Can you do that with Fitday now? If not, I'm sure it's just a matter of time.
