  4. I actually am 3 weeks post op as of tomorrow and I lost 21 pounds so far. I also bought flavorless whey protien powder I take half a can a soup add Water and a scoop of protien powder which is 25grams of protien. I track what I eat on myfitnesspal and have been very happy being able to eat the foods I enjoy just in small portions!

  7. If you like red caviar, try salmon caviar its big red eggs that taste so good you can get them at any japanese restaurant they are called Ikura. Just order it sashimi style and they wont give you any rice with them. Soooo good.
  8. these oysters are smoked and very soft since marinated in oil. i will let them melt in my mouth they r very soft.
  9. most things i got were canned and last over a year
