Chips are the devil! For some reason I love salty foods now more than ever. I had to ban chips from coming into my house. It's too easy to eat continuously.

Add popcorn to the list. I hate that I can't seem to say no at the movies. It's amazing how much popcorn I can eat, but give me something healthy, and I'm full way too fast.

If you crave salty' date=' have you tried roasted seaweed Snacks? They totally hit the spot for me when I want something salty, and a package is just 30 calories, 1g carbs, 1g Protein. I get them by the case now from costco, but you can find singles packs at Trader Joes or many grocery stores. I LOVE popcorn, but it can send me off on a carb bender. Sigh....

There are some really yummy savory roasted almond packs out there too - one with parmesan and herbs that I liked, but a little was plenty for me.[/quote']

I tried the roasted seaweed packet from Trader Joe's and they weren't bad. Definitely something different to try.

I absolutely love chips. I've come to the realization that I can not give them up. My alternative to greasy chips are the baked lays , low fat wheat thins, mini rice cakes (Thai chili) and whole wheat crackers. Everything is done in moderation and I don't feel guilty.

Yes, I did let a freddo frog melt in my

Mouth... Yes I did. Did I fall into a sugar hole, no. But that portion controlled little

chocolate frog helped me immensely.

I at first thought this is horrible. Ive had my stomach cut out and now I suck on chocolate.

A week later and no further cravings. Now I think

Maybe it was the right thing to

Do. Time will tell.

Chips are the worst for me. I can have tortilla chips in the house (I measure them out and track them), but potato chips are a huge trigger. I don't buy them anymore, period.
