Where Did My Boobs Go?
I can relate. I was a 46DDD , now I'm a 42D and I'm only 7 months out from surgery. I see a breast lift in the near future. Sent from my iPad using VST

Stupid Slider Foods
I absolutely love chips. I've come to the realization that I can not give them up. My alternative to greasy chips are the baked lays , low fat wheat thins, mini rice cakes (Thai chili) and whole wheat crackers. Everything is done in moderation and I don't feel guilty.

I'm almost 6 months out and started noticing hair loss a few weeks ago. Honestly , it freaked me out a little cause it was a bit of a security blanket for me. Now that I've lost a significant amount of weight I'm okay with it. It WILL grow back and I'm the only one that notices the hair loss. If losing a little bit of hair is the trade off to being fit and trim I'll have WLS over and over again. I've increased my Protein shake as I was slacking in this area, also take Biotin , Multivitamin , b12 and Calcium pills. Don't let hair loss be your deciding factor to not having surgery. Life is so good when your weight is no longer an issue.- Omg! My Apple Tried To Kill Me!
I'm 4 months almost 5 months out and still can't eat apples. Try peeling the apple may have an easier time getting it down.- December sleevers!
Happy, sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. My prayers are with you . As hard as this may be remember all the good times you shared with your friend.- December sleevers!
FINALLY, my 3rd week stall is over. Walked on a slight incline on the treadmill and boy was I drenched. Can you say out of shape. UGH! Nonetheless, I'm losing wait again and am happy about it. Back to work tuesday. Yippie. I was getting so bored at home.- How Long B/f Going Back To Work?
I was sleeved on 12/8/11 and will return back to work on 1/3/12. I needed that third week as I was extremely sore. Feeling good with lots of energy.- December sleevers!
Happy my prayers are with your friend. 3weeks out and feeling good. I, too , am still drinking protein shakes to supplement some meals. Currently eating: baked Talipia , couscous(whole wheat) , grits, yogurt, sugar free Popsicles, eggs scrambled w/ cheese, cheese sticks, chicken (dark meat), soups. I cheated at least twice and I really don't feel guilty. I have hit that third week stall but I also was not consistent with going to the gym. I'm back on track and that's all that matters. My advice : Don't beat yourself up for cheating. Really, how much damage are you doing if we can't get more than 3 oz in at a time. Continued success in 2012 December sleevers. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!- December sleevers!

Welcome to the losers bench "last chance Sue".- December sleevers!
I've been open with many of my colleagues from day one. Many have seen me struggle with my weight over the years. All have been very supportive and very encouraging from the start. I even had a couple of colleagues come up to me to reveal they too had WLS. . While its no one business I believe in being honest. Besides, I may help someone who is on the fence with getting WLS . - Hair Loss-Why Doesn't Anyone Talk About It?
