Feeling Like Im Behind In The Game On Weight Loss

so i lost 34 lbs pre op on weightwatchers... then gained some back. started at 337 got down to 303 then went back up to 314 before surgery. lost 11lbs pre op diet and have only lost 3 lbs since surgery but i also started menstrating early. is that normal to start early after surgery? ahh i just feel very lost and confused. and very discouraged seeing how people have lost 20+ lbs in 2 weeks after surgery and stuff. what am i doing wrong?

I was sleeved on the 12th. I lost 10 pounds in the first week. I haven't lost anything since 6/18. It is frustrating! All we do in drink a measly amount of calories each day yet the weight lingers. Very frustrating!
