We are traveling this weekend, and I would rather not take a blender. I am enjoying the Amplify powder I use, but mixing it with hotel ice cubes doesn'tsound so good to me.

A premade shake would be ideal, since we do have a fridge in our hotel room.

^^^ I drink 1 - 2 of these everyday. They are delicious. You can even dump in a little instant coffee tube, put your thumb over the opening and shake like crazy to add a different flavor. Chocolate's my favorite.

I use SynTrax Nectar powders mixing in a Blender Bottle (you can find at Bed, Bath & Beyond) with some ice. Never clumps, always comes out smooth. Not sure you'll be able to purchase it before the weekend though, since I normally order from Amazon or my surgeon's office. They make great sample packs that are easy to throw in a purse or suitcase, too.

I'm also going to vote for EAS! It's a good price, and it is honestly my favorite RTD shake. It's not too heavy, nice flavor and texture. I get the chocolate.

If you already have a protein powder you like, get a shaker bottle with a mixing ball in it. It's like a little wisk. Works great.

I've never heard of anyone who didn't like the Premeire from Costco. Unfortunately for me, the closest Costco is 100 miles away. I always stock up on them when I am out of town.
