Girdles And Firming Lotions

What are your thoughts? Do you guys think it would help with excess skin?

Lots of people where Spanx or binding types of undergarments and swear by them so they DO work. Firming lotion I am not so sure about. I think a good lotion that moisturizes your skin is going to give you the best results - no lotion is going to make the fat go away.

Firming lotions might help with skin elasticity and getting it to "shrink"....but probably not any better than any other lotion. The key is keeping it moisturized and what will happen, will happen. There is no magic answer. I think "spanx" like things will help keep any excess skin less noticeable. I'm down over 40 and starting to think about those, especially with dresses.

thanks ladies. I am hoping to prevent cosmetic surgery. My surgery is tomorrow and I am starting to really think about stuff here.
