Well, back from my fill.

All went well, Tammy the nurse is very nice, she's not a 'Marie' but once you start talking to her she's very friendly.

I was a little early for my appointment, so Tammy asked if I wanted to wait for Dr. C. or she could do it. I thought the quicker I get threw rush-hour the better, so Tammy did my fill.

She got it the first time, which was good, but did alot of preliminary pushing and prodding first, so I'm kinda sore. You know the whole thing dosent hurt, but it's such a sickening feeling, especially when they pull the needle out. It just gives me chills thinking about it.

Anywho, she extracted 1.3, which is great, no leakage. We couldnt decide to put in .2 or .3, so we ended up putting in .3, bringing the total to 1.6 cc.

Water went down good. I bought a split pea soup on the way home at Timmy's. It went down good too, but I did feel tighter. So far this morning I drank my coffee good and I'm just eating a fruit cup now. Definately more restriction. Don't think I'll dive into a Roast Beef tonight!!

So all's well. I got to shop at Winners, Michaels(again), Penningtons they had nothing), and Ikea.

A good day, except I didnt have time to talk to ya'll last night.
