my hubby has the same problemand his is acid reflux,he is not banded though, it's actually quite scary when it happens, you could try chewing on a tums or 2 before bed....I'm thinking of buying shares in the company...lol

(doc says it is caused from hi belly fat pressure, and maybe he should loose some weight:0

Hi Yoda, i know what you mean about the gurgling, i have it all the time since my last fill, it does not keep me awake mind you, but it does happen at at very inconvenient times. example when the doctor was checking me over the other day. it just would not stop, she asked me if i was hungry LOL.

I have no answer's for you on the weakness, maybe it just because you are not getting enough protein right now. Hope it gets better soon for you.

YODA!!!

YOUR TICKER!!!!!!

no longer lie???

Good for you!!!

I've been working the last couple of days and just noticed

WTG

Hi Yoda...gurgling...mine did it quite often post op...sounded like a big empty echo...a little embarassing, but it went away. I do still get it sometimes when I first lie down. Glad to hear (on my thread) that you are doing better and losing losing losing! Good for you!

OH yoda, i hate to say it, but are u overfilled? you sound almost as bad as i was. It's the not beinga ble to drink enough that causes the fatigue iin my opinion. I really think u should call the clinic and let them know wahts going on!

nah, I'm definitely not over-filled...I don't have the symptoms like some of you who have been over-filled have....and I can eat...just not a heck of a lot....(not enough of what I "should" be able to eat) but I think that will sort itself out.

I'm not in pain...just a little discomfort off and on.

You guys just SHUSH!!!!

BTW, was sitting on the couch watching TV tonight (about an hour after supper - which consisted of about 1/4 cup of beans) and I coughed (thinking it was just a normal cough) and OMIGAWD....my cough was actually an upchuck!! Poor Mr Yoda...I was yellin' at him to get a towel.....how horrible. So glad I was at home. Now I'm gonna be paranoid about coughing in public.

But, I'm not too tight.

Really....I'm not!

:rolleyes

LOL, sorry, I just got a vision of you sitting on the couch, slimed with beans, screaming for a towel, lol.:D:(

On a serious note, please take care. ;)

I changed my ticker.....I lost 6 lbs since last week (that's what hardly eating will do for you....I'm not happy about that part but I will take the loss!).

So, that puts me past the halfway mark now...A huge milestone for me! I never thought I'd see the day! It took 9 months but I'm "halfway" now.....

This last week has been tough; still experiencing some odd problems with the upchucks but I think maybe those are really the PBs everyone has talked about (?) and what I used to call pbs were merely just the "slimes". That's my take anyways. I know things settled down for a lot of you who had this problem so I'll wait for a while longer and see what happens.

But hey.....OMIGAWD, I'm half way there...and ONEderland actually seems to be within a realistic reach now!!!!!!!!!!!!! EEEEEP!
