Chicken Burger Patties 20G Of Protein

  • Popular Post

I found these Chicken Spinach and Feta cheese burgers at Sam's club that are really good. The brand is Old World Kitchen, I believe they had another flavor too, but can't remember what it was. Anyways they one patty has 20g of protein and only 180 calories. I am able to eat one patty with some tomatoes and lettuce and I am very full with it. Just thought I'd share with you all! Have a grea day!

yes they are and they taste really good. I saw the other flavor online and it's caramelized onions and swiss chicken burger.

  • Costco has a similar product by Amylu, they are carmelized onion, gouda and red pepper chicken burgers. They are really good (although I ate so many of them early on that I burned out on them).

  • Kczar, try them this way: Microwave 3 oz. Spread a laughing cow light habanaro cheese wedge on .25 a joseph's oat and flax lavosh. Put the strips on the cheese. Add some salsa. Taco deluxe! Cou

Thanks for sharing I am going to go tomorrow to get them! When were you sleeved? I was on 4/24 so I cant eat them yet but soon..

I was sleeved on 12/15/2012 and still looking for variety in foods. I have a hard time getting my protein in because I don't like protein shakes/drinks. FYI ...I think they were like $9 for 8 patties.

Can you let us know the fat and sugar gms please I'd really appreciate it. They sound delicious!

10g fat. 70 cholesterol n 600 sodium..no sugar

Thanks for the fast answer!!! Those patties are totally doable.

Do you eat them by itself or with bread?

Do you eat them by itself or with bread?

i did try them with bread was only able to eat about half. So now I just eat it without the bread, and top it with avocado, tomatoes, and a lil lettuce.

I have tried the carmelized onion swiss ones. I have them on a quarter of a Joseph's oat and flax lavosh (25 calories) to get my bread fix. Much better stovetop than microwave but passable either way. Another Sam's club find - the John Soule beef and chicken fajita strips. Very high protein and microwave up great!

They have those fajita strips at Walmart also. I freakin' love them!

Kczar, try them this way:

Microwave 3 oz. Spread a laughing cow light habanaro cheese wedge on .25 a joseph's oat and flax lavosh. Put the strips on the cheese. Add some salsa. Taco deluxe! Could also add some greek yogurt and/or greens wouldn't hurt it either. I've also used low fat cheddar. Frankly haven't found a way to eat them that I don't enjoy.

Wow I am loving everyone's ideas! Thank you!

I WAS burned out on the carmelized onion/gouda/red pepper chix burgers, from Costco, but they were sampling them today with tzatziki, and I'm back in love with them!! :)
