Dallas June Sleevers?

Hi! I'm a newbie here...I'm so glad I stumbled on this site! Any fellow June sleevers out there? My surgery is scheduled for June 11 in Dallas, TX with Dr. Kim. Eeek! I'm a little freaked out...but also very excited to start my new life.

FINALLY, a response from my surgery coordinator. She has not received any medical records. I called my first PCP from the last 10 years and their log shows the records were put in the mail Wed, probab

I'm in waxahachie and will be a June sleever too! With Dr Andre Graham at Baylor Waxahachie:)

Things are moving for me very fast now. I'll be sleeved by Dr. Kim June 7th in Decatur. Anyone else with Dr. Kim that day? I'm trying to figure out transportation since that's not really close to Carrollton.

I live in Fort Worth, but work in Dallas at Doctors Hospital. I don't have a date yet but I am thinking it will be mid to late June. Yeah us!! My surgeon is/will be Todd McCarty. Nice to meet you all.

Tibbie! Are you out there? It's day after tomorrow for you, right? I'm so excited for you and you'll be in my prayers. Please let us know how you're doing! :)

Hi Giselle! Yeppers - day after tomorrow - today was my last day at work until I go back - tomorrow is all the pre-op stuff - then 7:30am surgery!!! I'm soooo excited! Cleaned out my cabinets of "no" foods this weekend - making the full on change here and I'm so ready

I got the news today that I won't have surgery until July. My insurance requires a full 90 days with the nutritionist so instead of today being my last visit, I have one more at the end of June. I am a tad bummed but then again in the grand scheme of things it is only a couple of more weeks, so it's cool. Everything happens for a reason.

Congrats Amy! I had my Surg with Dr Nicholson on May 24- so I'm 4 weeks post op. I loved Forest Park, the staff, and of course Dr Nick. Best Wishes & Good luck!

So I called his office and they told me that due to my age, they are going to waive the cardio lab work. I wonder if that is a good idea. I mean, I'm not 18. I hope this is normal. By the way, I finished my last final, and I would really like to grab that cup of coffee sometime early next week. I see that you've almost lost 60lbs! That is so wonderful, I am truly happy for you. How have you been feeling?

AWWW man, I totally missed this post!! Hit that quote button so I'll see it! I'm still up for it whenever!
