i have aetna. The surgeon's office sent in the paperwork the 20th. It took a couple calls but wasn't too bad.

    I am a 9thr! I too will have a revision in Tiajuana with Dr. Almanza. I go on liquids on Sunday, fly Tuesday have it done on the 9th. Good luck!!
