Pre-Op Diet For 2 Weeks, What Kind Of Things Are You Eating/drinking?

I am scheduled with Dr Kelly in MX on May 10th. I was told I just need to 'eat healthy' for 2 weeks prior, then do the modified liquid diet 3 days pre-op.

I am wondering what others are eating or drinking for the 2 weeks prior though?

I am having a Protein shake for Breakfast, Protein Shake or salad or something else healthy for lunch, then healthy dinner or protein shake for dinner.

But I am so hungry in between!

Today I had protein shake, greek yoghurt, babybel cheese, big plate of caesar salad & I am hungry still!

I am so looking forward to being sleeved as I won't be as hungry then & won't eat/drink as much. This is rough!

I was only allowed - 2-3 protein shakes a day plus a lean protein and salad at dinner. days 14 -7 . day 7 - 3 only protein shakes up to 4 a day. sf jello or sf popsciles is wanted. this is day one of only protein shakes. i am still having my decaf coffe with skim milk. day 3,2,1 broth only - but my coordinator said any broth is ok. so heat up minestone soups and just strain the broth or any other soup you like and strain,. she mentioned some good teas also. if you want more let me know. I am sleeved 5/7 with Dr Garcia

I like the one I was given. I like it on paper anyway..LOL..my NUT gave me a list hour by hour. I will basically be keeping my stomach full on protein shakes and liquids every hr all day..till 8 pm...I sure hope it helps curb the hunger!
