Your stomach will be able to hold more food after a year or so, but will never be able to hold what it used to. I can definitely eat more now at almost a year out than I could shortly after my surgery

Hi all! I'm getting sleeved on May 1st. I wanted to just get some feedback on how your sleeve restriction changes over time. I firmly believe that the sleeve is a tool and the work you put in reflects success. I guess all of that to say, I have read some posts that have made me a bit concerned as to the stomach returning to it's original capacity? Any opinions are welcomed and appreciated! Thanks y'all!
