I get 6-7hrs and don't take a nap. I am still down but back up on my horse today. I am wondering if anyone else is this slow a loser! I know he is prodding me to use this time to lose the most weight but I don't know what else to do. I say "no" to myself constantly! His mantra is eat protein, protein, protein!!! As always, thanks for listeningI
