Cheddar Bacon Deviled Eggs

Just made these today for Easter. With the cheese and bacon, there is a little extra Protein. They turned out really yummy!

12 Hardboiled eggs

1/2 cup low fat mayo

4 slices of bacon (crumbled)

4 T. finely shredded cheddar

1 T. mustard

Mash egg yolks, mayo, bacon and cheese until blended, then stir in mustard. Fill egg whites. Viola!
