Burps And Hot Flashes!

These are the two clues that I have either eaten too much, eaten too fast, or taken in something that just doesn't agree with me, like plain water. At least now I am able to interpret these signs instead of freaking out!

I have almost the same reaction I cough and have hot flash. I am 3 weeks post op and this just stared 2 days ago.

I burp or sneeze, and if I just ate something with sugar, I get a hot flash! Oh and my nose starts to run. ;)
