At Two Months Plus Post Op....

At two months plus post op how much should we be eating? What Vitamins should we be taking?

Sometimes I feel I am eating to much, somedays not enough? Somedays my vitamins don't agree with me. I still havent got the hang of this and it is frustrating.

It really depends on your NUT and surgeon's suggestion for how much you should be eating. Hopefully a plan was made personalized around how much you can intake. If not, and you are able, try to visit the NUT and you can go over what you eat and how much you should be eating. :)

As for Vitamins, per my surgeons orders, I take:

a one a day complete Multivitamin

sublingual (under the tongue) b12 once a day

Calcium citrate 3x a day

Iron

Hope this helps! Im about two months out as well. Great weight loss, keep up the amazing work!

:D

Ps. some days i feel as if i eat more than others. however, if you are in tune to your body it will send you clues so as long as you're eating on track and not overdoing it i think youre fine. dont get frustrated and if you really r that worried make an appt [:
