Ok I'm 2 months and 14 days, down 54 lbs but now I'm have more pain when I eat. I think I might have to go back to liquids for a few days I might be trying too hard. I will take a step back for aday or two and see what happens.

I was sleeved on 4/10. My start weight was 261 and I am now 223. I am a slow loser. I have to stick to my diet. Protein and water!!!! Lots of Water. After I increased my water the weight started coming off. I eat the same old thing. Lots of fish, tuna, chicken and eggs. I also have a Protein Shake each morning for Breakfast.

Water does make a difference, and I think I am going to add my shake back in. Trail mix (planters brand) has caught my attention, and I think I need to lay off of it...I don't know why nuts and raisins sit well...

I still do a shake a day. Usually an Atkins chocolate or dark chocolate. Typically around 3 pm, which use to be afternoon snake time. It's nice to get my chocolate fix and Protein together!

Keep up the good work April sleevers. Love hearing everyone's success and tips!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
