So Excited And A Little Nervous

Well, I found out on Thursday that I have received insurance approval for the sleeve and my surgery is scheduled for April 16th!! Wow! How do I prepare mentally and physically for something that will change my life so much? I would love to hear advice from anyone who cares to offer it.

Congrats...I cannot wait to get to that point!! And I think the best way to handle yourself is don't worry urself to death...I am going to try my hardest but that is very hard for me to do. I plan to keep busy. My nutritionist says to pick up a copy of "the idiots guide to losing weight after weight loss surgery" or something similar. That could help get ur mind right!! Good luck!
