Hey Everybody so after i drink a crystal light i always get this weird feeling in my throat and feel insanly thirsty i was wondering if anybody else gets this? Thanks

I only get that feeling with the lemonade. The others go down just fine with no adverse feelings.

I love Krystal Light and all the other brands that have come out like it!! I haven't had that feeling that you are talking about though. Maybe you need to dilute it down a little bit. Some of them are too strong for me if you mix 1 packet to 1 bottle of Water. I use a bigger bottle or if using the 2 qt pack I add some more water to it.

I drink crystal light all the time and I've never had that problem. I don't like the lemonade or orange flavors though. I'm an iced tea person. I also found some lipton diet drink mixes also.

My favorite is lemonade and I have no problem with it. I also love the new Water Sensations which are colorless but delicious. Sorry, can't help....have no trouble downing a whole bottle of the Crystal Light.

The way they say to mix it is far too strong for me. I'd try adding more Water.< /p>

Ariel, I have the same problem with Crystal Light regardless of how diluted it is. It also triggers cravings for sugar so I avoid it.

I freeze some lemon flavored water then add the crystal light sunrise (orange) to it. It cuts the flavor and has been my life line.

I found popping a couple frozen strawberries and blending with the lemonade Crystal Light made a huge difference. Otherwise, I find it too acidic.

I've put a box of the individual packets in my car for when we are on the road or running around, and I want something to drink. Everyone gets their sodas, and I get a bottle of Water and add my own flavors.

Have any of you tried the Wal-Mart version? At the supercenter I go to, it was not with the regular CL, so you may have to ask where it is.
